+ PROFILE: Caramel, chestnuts, juniper, lemon oil, mint, and dried peaches
+ FUNDAMENTALS: Double-distilled in stainless and copper pot stills, using limestone-filtered, spring-fed water from a pond on the distillery estate. Aged for a minimum of four years in new, charred #4 American oak barrels.
