+ PROFILE: Dry, medium body and acidity. Textural. Saline citrus tones on one hand, and crisp orchard fruit on the other. Green pear, yellow apple. Mineral-stone finish. Modest ABV. A great all-arounder white wine.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: Screwcap ease. Harvested early in the cool mornings and evenings. 100% destemmed grapes, pressed gently. All stainless steel winemaking, zero oak. Lees aging lends a lovely textural quality and complexity.
