+ GRAPE: 100% Vermentino, grown in the coastal Maremma badlands of Tuscany. Biodynamic. Demeter certified.
+ PROFILE: Medium dry. Textural. Floral, aromatic nose. Sun-drenched fruit, fuzzy apricot, Mediterranean herbal scrub, white-tea-like tannins, and a saline finish.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: Vinified wholecluster, entirely in cement, without the addition of yeast of added sulfites. Gentle maceration for just a few hours. Unfined, unfiltered, vegan.
+ FUN FACT: We've had folks refer to this wine as the 'Meinklang of Italy'. Sounds about right!
