+ GRAPES: A blend of 60% skin-contact Riesling + 30% Gamay Noir + 10% Mourvedre. Sustainably grown in the central coast/Arroyo Seco sector of California.
+ PROFILE: Dry, light-medium body, lively acidity, soft tannins. Lovely texture. A heady compendium of flavors ranging from guava, hibiscus, pomegranate, cinnamon, and black pepper. Is that FruitStripe in there? Could be! :) Enjoy with a light chill.
+ PROFILE: Lo-fi. All stainless steel winemaking, using only wild yeast. Brilliant woman winemaker behind this project.
