A side-project from David Low, renowned winemaker from Anthill Farms and Williams Selyem - top Pinot producers in the region.
+ GRAPE: 100% Pinot Noir. Grown sustainably on the cool-climate Sonoma Coast in Northern California, a few kilometers from the Pacific Ocean. The grapes are clonal varietals, including the famed Vosne-Romanée clone.
+ PROFILE: Dry, medium body and acidity. Notes of red cherry, wild strawberry, blackberry, savory herbs such as cardamon, forest floor earthiness, and a distinct coastal mineral quality.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: Overall lo-fi approach, where the wine is made in the vineyards vs. the cellar. Fermented entirely in neutral French oak. Certified B Corporation as stewards of sustainable and fair practices.
