+ PROFILE: Dry and fresh, with crisp acidity. Elements of ruby red grapefruit, earthy strawberry, pink peppercorns, followed by a wet-rocks-style of minerality.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: Direct press rosé, entirely in stainless steel to retain freshness. All wild yeast, zero malolactic fermentation.
