NOTHING SMALL ABOUT IT

The designation Petit Chablis refers to a patchwork of growing areas in greater Chablis, typically grown at higher elevations.

+ GRAPE:  100% Chardonnay. Sustainably grown on clay-limestone soils in Burgundy, France.

+ PROFILE:  Dry, crisp, steely acidity. Elements of citrus zest, lemon blossom, tart apple, crunchy green pear. Lemon pith, wet chalk and stony minerals on the tail. Clocks in at a very modest 11% ABV.

+ FUNDAMENTALS:  All stainless steel tank winemaking, zero oak. Aging on the lees for 6-10 months, lending a lovely mouthfeel. Suitable for vegans.
