+ GRAPES: Sustainable. 95% Cabernet Sauvignon +5% Cabernet Franc. The Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the Red Hills AVA located east of St. Helena at the base of a volcano (1500 feet of elevation). The Cabernet Franc comes from the Coombsville, Napa AVA.
+ PROFILE: I'm soft, round and velvets. Loads of brambly fruit: blackberry, blueberry, pie spices. Enjoy me with anything that's fatty, salty or rich - or all on my own. Woman winemaker.
