+ GRAPES: A classic Bordeaux blanc blend of 50% Sauvignon Blanc + 50% Semillon. Grown in the Maipo Valley of central Chile on ungrafted pre-Phylloxera vines.
+ PROFILE: Dry, medium bodied, soft texture. Lemon peel, white peach, green apple skin, olive leaf, and savory herbal tones underscored by gravelly minerality. Fresh acid on the tail and a long, complex finish.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: Grapes are vinified separately, then blended. The Sauvignon Blanc is make entirely in stainless steel tanks, whereas the Semillon is fermented in large used French oak barrels - with a touch of malolactic fermentation for texture.
