+ PROFILE: Dry, medium body, fresh acidity. Balanced and smooth with elements of forest berries, black cherry, ripe plum, wild fennel and sweet spice. A lovely long finish rounds things out with balanced tannins. Fabulous red-sauce wine, or delightful all on its own.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: Fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel tanks, using only wild yeast. Full malolactic fermentation imparts a smooth mouthfeel. Vegan.
