Where's Linus?, Orange Mendocino Sauvignon Blanc 2024

Availability: In stock

SAUVIGNON BLANC, ORANGE SUNSET STYLE

+ GRAPE: 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Certified organic and grown using regenerative agriculture in the Ukiah region of Mendocino, California.

+ PROFILE:  Dry. Citrusy, stone fruit, savory tones of wild herbs on the lightly grippy finish. A beautiful, leesy texture offers a great mouth feel with bright acidity on the tail. This is an easy orange that retains all the goodness of the Sauvignon Blanc grape.

+ FUNDAMENTALS:  Approximately two weeks of skin contact. Made in stainless steel tanks using only wild yeast. Unfined/vegan. Zero added sulfites.

+ WHO: Awesome do-gooder and all-around good human, Chris Christensen, is behind the Where's Linus? project that pulls from around Northern California vineyards. As an African American vintner, Chris is an advocate for diversity in the wine industry and offers mentorship opportunities for aspiring vintners and winery owners. Fun fact: a true medieval-history nerd, he named Bodkin, his own winery, after a battle in the Hundred Years War.
