Organic. 100% Grecanico (a.k.a. Garganega). Skin-Contact. Orange oil, orange bitters, black tea, quince, salt. This has some Georgian Amber vibes, but with a Mediterranean island accent.

Biodynamic. 100% Zibibbo. Sicily. Dry, elegant, savory. Orange blossom, wild herbs, honeycomb, lemon, incense, exotic spice. Bright, saline finish. Enjoy off-chilled with fresh or tinned seafood. Woman winemaker. 218 bottles produced.
