+ GRAPES: A blend of 43% Muscat Canelli (Clarksburg AVA) + 33% Symphony (San Joaquin AVA) + 15% Sauvignon Blanc (Clarksburg AVA) + 9% Torrontes (Alta Mesa AVA). Grown organic, around the state of California.
+ PROFILE: Dry, med body. Easy-drinker for sure! Honeysuckle, candied orange, peach tea and dried apricots. Modest tannins and acidity rounds things out. This is a super APOL: all-purpose-orange-liter. It goes with everything or nothing at all.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: Each varietal was destemmed and fermented on the skins using wild yeast for 1-2 weeks, then blended. Vinified in a blend of stainless tanks and neutral oak on the fine lees, which lends a lovely textural element. Light filtration, low sulfites. Modest ABV makes it crushable.
