+ GRAPES: Certified organic growing. 45% Garnacha + 40% Monastrell (Mourvedre) + 15% Merlot. Grown in Valencia, Spain.
+ PROFILE: Dry, medium body and acidity. Black cherry, forest berry, black plum, with a pleasantly herbal finish and a touch of spice. Tannins are present, but tucked in there nicely. Enjoy with a slight chill.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: Hand-harvested grapes. Vinified entirely in stainless steel. Light fining and filtration, but vegan. Low sulfite, simply at bottling.
