A magical blend of red grapes makes this supremely drinkable and wonderfully balanced. 

+ GRAPES:  Red blend of 60% Malbec + 30% Cabernet Franc + 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Organic, high-altitude growing in Uco Valley, Argentina. 

+ PROFILE:  Blueberry, black plums, blackberry, graphite, earthy dried chili. Silky tannins on the long finish. Age-worthy wine; shines best with a 1-hour decant. 

+ FUNDAMENTALS: Tank fermentation for 25 days using only wild yeast, followed by aging in used oak barrels.
