Grower Champagne. Organic. 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Meunier, 10% Pinot Noir. Very dry, elegant. Lemon oil, yellow plum, minerally. 2g/L dosage. No fining or filtration. 50% reserve wine. Clay-chalk soil.

Biodynamic. Old-vine, right-bank Bordeaux blend: 85% Merlot, 14% Cab Sauvignon, 1% Carmenere. Dry, blackberries, red currants, damp earth, velvet tannins. Age-worthy. Low sulfites.

Organic. Sublime, elegant natural Syrah from just outside St. Joseph in the northern Rhone. From Herve Souhaut/Domaine Romaneaux-Destezet.

Biodynamic. Plum, kirsch, violets, earthy-spice. Tannic, yet fresh + minerally. A gem.
