100% Pinot Noir, grown on clay-limestone soils in Languedoc, southern France. 'No spray' agriculture. Black raspberry, black currant, black cherry with a seedy-berry tannin finish. All stainless steel, zero oak. 100% destemmed, unfined/unfiltered.

Snow-melt Jacquere! 100% Fondue wine.

Biodynamic. An aromatic blend of skin-contact Pinot Gris, Riesling and Auxerrois. 2 weeks skin contact. Pair with Cajun fish, jerk chicken, Buffalo wings, Thai larb. A Binner winner from Alsace. Classical music played to the vines!
