A stunner! Organic, 100% Godello. More Burgundian in style. Dry, fresh, med-plus body. Almond, golden apple, butterscotch. Early harvest keeps things fresh vs. flabby for the varietal. Tank ferment, tank + old French oak aging. Full malo lends body.
