Sustainable. Sweet, sparkling wine! Floral nose. Juicy Maraschino cherry, blackberries, ripe strawberries and plums. Balsam tones. Frothy and fun. Drink cold.

Organic. 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Cab Sauv + Merlot. Balance of juicy red fruit, red currants, slight earthiness, and bright acidity. Slate, stone, mineral finish. All stainless steel, so it's superfresh! A brilliant food wine. Just a tiny bit made each year.

Minimal intervention. 100% Chardonnay. Brut/dry, medium body. citrus, green pear skin, minerally, earthy brioche tones. Low sulfur. 3-vintage blend.

Portable dry Lambrusco? Yes please. Great as an aperitivo, or with charcuterie. Plum, red currant, pomegranate.
