Super Siciliano sipper. Organic. 90% Nerello Mascalese, 10% indigenous from the North Slope of Etna. Floral, volcanic, black raspberry, deep cherry. Easy going, but complex. Small production: just 500 cases made. All cement, zero oak. Amazing pizza wine!

100% Sangiovese. Dry + classic. Notes of blackberry, morello cherry, black plum, earthy-mocha. Polished tannins, balanced acidity. 2+ hour decant recommended!

Organic. Mid-weight. Dried cherry, rose petal, cinnamon, blood orange. Stainless ferment, aged 3 years in large Slavonian oak. Drinking beautifully now, age worthy for another decade.
